"This guy has weird vibes. I was very close to picking up a policy from him because of recommendations from friends. However, after doing my research and seeing what his online persona was like - I decided against it. I’m a good judge of character, and it doesn’t take a genius to say that he seems narcissistic. I find it odd that he uses his children to promote his agency. You do you, but it feels exploitive to me. Judging by what I can discern from social medias, this is not someone I really want to associate with. Sorry not sorry, just weird vibes all around."
"It's interesting you are being recommended to our agency by so many friends, but you choose to find issues with us based on your opinion of someone you have never met. You blast us on Google with a 1-Star review while having never spoken to us. You say Jesse is narcissistic without ever meeting or speaking to him, but you say you are a "good judge of character and it doesn't take a genius to see he seems narcissistic"...we believe this seems like a narcissistic thing to say when so many in our community feel the opposite...not a very nice thing to say to our loving and supportive community. Your review is based on assumptions, and any wise consumer would know that this is not a review to be taken seriously. "Ms. Audrey is AMAZING! She’s so patient, kind, and very helpful! I was in the process of moving to a different state and was having issues with renters insurance before I moved in. Ms. Audrey reassured me that State Farm would be there to help me with the insurance process, and she was right! Even when the issues of proper contracts arose, she quickly sent over documents and even contacted the facility when I couldn’t get in touch with them. She answered all of my questions kindly and was just so patient when explaining the benefits of renters insurance. I HIGHLY recommend this State Farm office! I will continue doing business here. And they even sent a personalized “thank you” letter in the mail :)"
